Account settings

Change your email, export your data, or delete a site or your account.

You manage your account from Account settings in the dashboard, and each site from its own settings.

Change your email address

  1. Open Account settings.
  2. Enter your current password and your new email, then choose Change email.

Your email is how you sign in and where billing and account notices are sent.

Emails we send

Pro Weather only sends account and product email: sign-in and billing notices, the weather alerts you set up, and an automatic monthly station summary for site owners.

Export your data

Before deleting anything, you can keep a copy. On a site's Settings page you can download your observations and wind samples as CSV files.

Delete a site

To take a single site offline for good:

  1. Open the site in the dashboard and go to Settings.
  2. In the danger zone, choose to delete the site and confirm by typing its subdomain.

The site and its data are removed and its address is freed up. If the site had a paid subscription, that subscription stays on your account and can be reused for another site.

Delete your account

Deleting your account removes all of your sites and their data and cancels any active subscriptions. In Account settings, open the danger zone and choose Delete account, then confirm by typing DELETE and your password.

Deleting is permanent

Deleting a site or your account can't be undone. Site data and history are removed for good, so export anything you want to keep first.
